Fashion is an internationally recognised opportunity. The fashion industry is a global business of 1.3 trillion dollars, which employs more than 300 million people worldwide. Study styling with a Diploma of Business or Event Management to enhance your opportunity to work in a diverse range of fashion careers nationally and internationally.
Students will create and build a strong styling portfolio with our resident Fashion Photographer as part of their course.
MAKEUP
In today's world of social media, film, television, theatre, fashion and an increasing number of social marketing strategies, fashion shows, photographic shoots, and event event productions, these all rely on the specialised skills of the makeup artist to communicate style and brand image.

Ranging from Fashion Editor, Stylist, to Creative Director, General Manager and Head of Global Marketing. Having owned her own label, to then go on and create an annual Fashion Festival where Carly was the Founder and Director. In 2020 Carly Co-Founded Women in Fashion Global community for women working in the fashion industry. Carly's stand out career moments have been interviewing Mr Jimmy Choo OBE, chatting about all things fashion at a private fashion event with Diane von Fürstenberg and attending Paris Fashion Week in 2019.

Laura Churchill is a renowned Brisbane stylist and fashion journalist with more than a decade's experience in print and online media, she is also the Director of Brisbane's biggest annual fashion event, Brisbane Fashion Month.

Carly
Wacker
Carly has over 20 years professional experience in the media and entertainment industries. Carly's radio and television career as a reporter/presenter expands to commercial stations in Melbourne, Brisbane, Tasmania and regional Queensland. Carly is frequently travelling Australia as an in demand emcee.
Carly's played a role in education as a former lecturer with the Australian Film Television and Radio School. Her acting experience includes extra work on Neighbours and various movies.
